Meeting Room Information

Meeting rooms for Library meetings, programs, classes and events are located on the first and second floors of the Library.  These rooms are also available for public use by reservation only. Walk-in use is only available for the two study rooms on the first floor.  All rooms are handicapped accessible.

First floor rooms available for public use include:

  • Meeting room #1 – with a capacity to hold up to 60 people using lecture style seating
  • Computer Lab – with a capacity to hold up to 49 people using lecture style seating
  • Two Study rooms – with a capacity to hold 2-4 people
  • Kitchenette – optional to use, for a fee, in conjunction with Meeting Room #1 rental only. The kitchenette contains a full size refrigerator, microwave and sink.
  • Meeting room #1 combined with the Computer Lab – with a capacity to hold up to 100 people using lecture style seating

Second floor rooms available for public use include:

  • Meeting room #2 – with a capacity to hold up to 45 people using lecture style seating
  • Meeting room #3 – with a capacity to hold up to 44 people using lecture style seating
  • Meeting room #4 – with a capacity to hold up to 41 people using lecture style seating
  • Conference Room – with a capacity to hold up to 14 people using lecture style seating
  • Meeting Room #3 and #4 combined – with a capacity to hold up to 85 people using lecture style seating
