The Frank Sarris Public Library is taking steps to ensure the safety of all who attend Comic Hero Weekend and ask for your cooperation in that effort. As such, face masks are highly recommended for all persons over 2 years of age attending either event. Per the CDC, face masks are required on public transportation conveyances, including trolleys. Face masks will be available at the door for both events. For our cosplayers, face masks may be taken off for judging at FSPL FanFest and for photographs at both events. Certain activities may move outdoors and other measures will be implemented to provide everyone a positive experience. Library Management will continue to monitor CDC and public health officials’ guidelines and adjust our policies accordingly.
