FSPL Field Day at Cecil Park

Are you ready for some summer fun?  Join our Teen Advisory Board for a Field Day event on Saturday, July 17 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Field Day will take place at Pavilion #2 at Cecil Park, rain or shine. Summer Programming at the Library

We are excited to announce our summer programming.  There is something for every age! Summer Quest Camp Children in Grades K-4 may join us for six weeks of Summer Quest Camp at Cecil Park.  Camp starts on Tuesday, June 29 and ends on Thursday, August 5.  Camp runs on Tuesdays – Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m and is open to children that have finished kindergarten, first, second or third grade.  New this year – lunch will be provided…

Celebrate National Poetry Month and enter the Express Yourself Poetry Contest sponsored by the FSPL Teen Advisory Board.  The contest is open to adults, teens and children ages 7 and up who live in our service areas of Canonsburg, Cecil Township and North Strabane Township. UPDATE: Welcome Back

Last week, the Frank Sarris Public Library suspended operations after it came to our attention that a staff member had tested for positive for COVID-19. We immediately enacted quarantine procedures and temporarily shut down our building. No other staff member to date has shown COVID-19 symptoms.
