Blood Drive

The Central Blood Bank and the Frank Sarris Public Library are partnering to hold a blood drive at the library on Monday, July 3rd. The blood drive runs from 10am – 3pm in Meeting Room #1 on the first floor of the library. All participating donors will receive 2 Pittsburgh Pirate tickets to an upcoming baseball game. Dabbling da Vincis

Calling all budding artists in grades 2-5!  Join Ms. Barb at the Dabbling da Vincis to explore different artists and their work each week.  During this seven week summer art class, participants will create their own artwork in the spirit of the artist discussed that week.  On August 7, 2017, we’ll take a field trip to the Carnegie Art Museum.  The class will meet on Mondays from 1-3pm starting on June 12, 2017.  Registration is required and space is limited.…

Summer Reading Camp Returns

Greater Washington County Food Bank Drive

The Frank Sarris Public Library is a collection site for the Washington County Farm Bureau’s drive to support the Greater Washington County Food Bank.  Please drop off non-perishable, unopened, current sell-by dated items at our donation box near the main circulation desk on the first floor.  The collection drive will run through March 31, 2017.  Wish list items include: peanut butter, canned vegetables, canned fruit, canned spaghetti sauce, dry and instant cereal and canned fruit juices.  Thank you for helping…
