ComicsPlus powered by LibraryPass

READ DIGITAL COMICS

Anytime, anywhere—with your library card!

The Frank Sarris Public Library is happy to announce the return of ComicsPlus!

ComicsPlus, powered by LibraryPass, is a digital platform offering more than 20,000 digital comics, graphic novels and manga to readers including popular titles like Avatar: The Last Airbender, Bee and Puppycat, Big Nate, Bone, Dramacon, Hero House, How to Draw Manga, Kirby Genesis, My Little Pony, Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Stranger Things, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and hundreds more.

Every title is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for offline reading—no waiting on holds lists, no wasting data!  You can access titles using a smartphone, tablet, or web browser, and titles can be downloaded to multiple devices. There is never a wait to read – all titles are unlimited access simultaneous use – meaning you never have to place a hold for that title you want to read now.  Checkouts are for seven days. After seven days the comic goes dormant, but stays in your collection, at which point the cover goes dark. If you want to check out the comic again, just click on the cover and it will be available again for another seven days!

Finding comics to read is easy – you can browse by age range, genre, publisher, or title or you can use the convenient search box.  Titles are available for all ages from kids (ages 5+) up through adult (ages 18+).  Within the LibraryPass app, there are parental controls that allow you to set the maximum content ratings (ex. Middle Grades – 9+, Adult 18+ etc.) allowed.

All you need is your library card to get started!  Visit our Resources page  or pick up an Online Resources brochure on your next visit to the library to start reading.
