Meeting Room Information

Meeting rooms for Library meetings, programs, classes and events are located on the first and second floors of the Library.  These rooms are also available for public use by reservation only. Walk-in use is only available for the three study rooms on the first floor.  All rooms are handicapped accessible.

First floor rooms available for public use include:

  • Meeting room #1 – with a capacity to hold approximately 40–60 people using lecture style seating and dimensions of 44×22
  • Computer Lab – with a capacity to hold approximately 30-49 people using lecture style seating and dimensions of 35×22
  • Three Study rooms – with a capacity to hold 2-4 people and dimensions of 9×10
  • Kitchenette – optional to use, for a fee, in conjunction with a meeting room rental. The kitchenette contains a full size refrigerator, microwave and sink.
  • Meeting room #1 combined with the Computer Lab – with a capacity to hold approximately 84-111 people using lecture style seating and dimensions of 79×22

Second floor rooms available for public use include:

  • Meeting rooms #2, #3 and #4 – each with a capacity to hold approximately 43 people using lecture style seating and dimensions of 31×22
  • Children’s Program Room – with a capacity to hold approximately 57 people using lecture style seating
  • Conference Room – with a capacity to hold approximately 14 people using lecture style seating and dimensions of 15×15
  • Meeting Room #3 and #4 combined – with a capacity to hold approximately 85 people using lecture style seating and dimensions of 60×22
